Hello and Welcome to the fourth edition of the CMSS Newsletter! This quarter is focused on our Management Retreat in October and our new Mission, Vision, and Ethos. Thanks to everyone that contributed!
The 2009 Manager’s Retreat was a success! Together, we revised the “New” CMSS Mission, Vision, and Corporate Ethos. It is this kind of dynamic leadership from employees at every level that will propel us into 2010. Some of the topics covered this year included issuing the Policy and Procedure manuals, Employee Handbooks, Ethics Policy, and ITAR Compliance Policy. The CMSS team welcomed Shook, Hardy, and Bacon who conducted training covering FCPA, ITAR, and Business Ethics.
December 9th – 12th is planned for our Corporate Strategic Planning Session. We will take the lessons learned from the Manager’s Retreat to form the building blocks for the strategic plan. Thanks for the support and keep up the great work!
